Already in over 50 markets, this brand has a great presence but the purpose of this role is to really scope out what can be done to help markets bring the brand to life and build the brand story in markets, driving consistency across the brand but also leveraging market differences - particularly in key European markets. This will mean a good grasp of the nuances between different markets, possibilities and limitation for activations on the ground and identifying new opportunities for innovative campaigns or NPD. You may come from a more traditional big blue chip businesses where you are used to working with multiple stakeholders in a process driven way and want to experience a more fast-paced action oriented environment where ideas can come to life more quickly, or are from a smaller entrepreneurial business and looking for a greater challenge where you can be autonomous and own the agenda from an international perspective. Head of PR Paying to £65k Based in London Fantastic stand-alone PR role in this entrepreneurial, fast paced alcohol brand based in central London. To date they have used lots of agencies and they are looking to bring the PR in house. Although the role doesn’t have direct report you will work closely with other members of the marketing brand and comms team and also be able to use the existing PR agencies and contacts as an extension of your team. This is not your typical PR role and is less traditional in its approach. So don’t expect to just be pulling together presentations, dealing with public enquiries, or writing a press release to announce a new brand launch. This role is looking for someone who can do the fundamentals of PR but do things differently, whether that is using content to inform creative PR strategies across digital channels and partnerships, or creating crazy stunts and experiential activations to working with influencers or brand partners that are just a little bit different – anything that create real buzz and talkability. Ideally you will have gained experience in a client side/ in-house role, or a mix of agency and client side could also work well. This role is a real mix of strategy and creativity but also being able to be quite hands on. Marketing and PR Manager Salary circa £50,000 Based central London Are you are a Marketing & Public Relations Manager with proven experience in both brand and digital marketing as well as communications and Public Relations. You'll be responsible for devising & implementing creative & innovative consumer marketing and public relations strategies and action plan, driving new ideas to deliver successful outcomes & satisfy corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating brand partnerships, working with third parties & influencers to extend the reach of the brand through consumer promotions, integrated marketing campaigns & public relations. Experience in working across disciplines, to create impactful creative campaigns, especially working with, or managing PR teams Responsibilities include: Formulate and drive the organisation’s brand, digital, social and consumer PR strategy, continually looking for new opportunities to effectively target relevant consumer & media segments through the right media channels in order to drive brand awareness and ultimately visitation. Plan, brief & manage agencies to deliver campaigns in line with organisational strategy, KPIs and budgets. Manage the PR function, determining and providing strategic guidance, setting the team’s yearly KPIs, in line with overall strategy, ensuring full integration with marketing and trade activities. Identify, drive and manage all brand partnerships – develop travel & non-travel strategic alliances to maximise coverage for the brand on partner channels, ensuring brand message is impactful and consistent. Manage digital &social media and ensure all activity is in line with the brand objectives, narrative, tone of voice and overall creative tone to drive high quality engaged fan bases. Work closely with the travel trade team (and external travel partners) & take the lead in the development of cross-department media and trade co-operative campaigns, including evaluating opportunities, creative production, digital tracking and integrated campaign delivery.
