Fantastic new role in this well-known and respected travel company. With a strong heritage and story, this brand is going from strength to strength particularly in the UK market.

This role will head up the Local Marketing Function for the business - looking after the UK and Europe. You will manage 2 direct reports to roll out engaging national campaigns, focussing on brand awareness and brand consideration.

Conversion hasn't typically been a problem for this brand, so we really need somebody who has developed and delivered awareness driving campaigns to drive consumers to our site/ stores.

This is a local role- working closely with the global team to adapt and make relevant global brand initiatives and also create and implement local campaigns from scratch. You therefore will have experience in a local role but also be a strategic and creative thinker, who is results driven and who is used to working out the most effective comms channels to hit targets.

  • A passion for travel Direct management experience (at least one direct report)
  • Local activation experience- strong digital and offline
  • Proven success in awareness building campaigns Experience with the target market 18-35 yr olds
  • Proven commercial success
