About the role
  
The Trade Marketing manager is an essential part of the marketing team, the main drive for this role is to lead the strategic development and execution of the brand’s marketing plan in global travel retail sector. Responsibilities include:
  • Create and implement a global travel retail marketing strategy in collaboration with global teams and marketing stakeholders
  • Drive consumer-facing initiatives including Travel Retail exclusive product development, visual merchandising, channel specific marketing assets and promotional support from concept to execution by working with cross functional teams
  • Analyse and provide insights and recommendations on the travel retail business, utilising retail sales, gross shipments and market data. Present recommendations, plans, recaps and strategies to internal- and external stakeholders
  • Create global marketing programs/activation events to increase retail sales, whilst working effectively with the global and local teams to ensure high quality and seamless execution of all marketing initiatives
  • Develop and review the product assortment plan, work with Regional Trade Marketing Managers to ensure the most effective range is reflected and drive the implementation of regional and customer marketing plans
  
About you
  • Established experience in Marketing, working within Travel Retail or FMCG
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects with international stakeholders
  • You will be a have outstanding communication skills, have an analytical approach and be able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Great knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
