About the role
The Trade Marketing manager is an essential part of the marketing team, the main drive for this role is to lead the strategic development and execution of the brand’s marketing plan in global travel retail sector.

Looking for a trade marketer who is strong at the execution and operational activities but with experience in developing the midterm and long term marketing strategy
Key remit:

1)Develop global travel retail strategy for global – with regional specificity  and by customer
2) Effectively Implement travel retail across EMEA
3) Establish long term marketing strategy – how to grow with different customers and via different tools (e.g. use of digital and e-commerce)
  • Shape the guidelines and tool kits   
  • Liaise with other markets to ensure they are  following guidelines  work out how to help best leverage/ maximise opportunities
  • Looking at an assortment of brands - sku optimisation piece and by market
  • Identify what products are performing  well and how to activate against these
  • Identify bigger business opportunities  -and what launches/ events are relevant to link into GTR – and develop strategy/ plan around this 
  • Manage A&P budget
  • Manage agencies – creative, print
You have experience in:
  • Developing customer marketing plans /consumer engagement programs
  • Planning and executing marketing calendars with stores
  • Developing bespoke planograms
  • Management and execution of sampling activities and experimental activities
  • Creating point of sales to drive sales
