Trade Marketing Manager - 12 month contract

The primary responsibility of the Trade Marketing Manager is executing the EMEA local go to market vision with the UK / IRE retailers both physical and digital.

Working in close collaboration with EMEA Marketing Team, Global Marketing and the local Sales, Finance and Ops teams to support the development of the Below the Line (BTL) marketing plan along with the implementation, and evaluation ensuring that the business objectives and timelines are met and all activity adheres to corporate and retailer visual merchandising guidelines.

Become the instore expert to develop the best-in-class instore POS solutions while driving the retailers to ensure the retailer partners are activating sage with the latest and most relevant trade marketing and promotional tools and initiatives.

Other key responsibilities include the development of impactful market facing comms for BTL marketing elements (in line with all other communication platforms) to ensure an integrated marketing approach. Define BTL marketing planning and communication frameworks with retail partners to ensure clear and up to date communication of the current marketing calendar and activity to all key stakeholders.

Support development and implementation of UK/IRE events as required.

Main Accountabilities:

UK / Ireland

  • Working with the Account Management team to define, pitch and implement ranging & trade marketing activities.
  • Jointly manage retailer marketing budgets with Account Manager
  • Management and implementation of a selection of national and independent retailer ATL & BTL marketing activations.
  • Establish excellent relationships with key marketing contacts within retailers to develop bespoke joint campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales conversions.
  • Evaluating & reporting on the success and ROI of retailer activations.
  • Integration of EMEA promotional & brand initiatives with our retail partners.
  • Ongoing communication/reporting of all BTL Marketing elements and programs to ensure all key stake holders are updated in a timely manner
