This is an exciting opportunity for a proven shopper marketer to own projects end to end to drive business objectives.
You'll be in charge of:
the complete flow of POS materials for all in-store activities
Tracking the implementation of the guidelines of key in-store activities.
Managing key in-store visibility projects
Working cross functionally mostly with FMCG marketing and sales teams, the shopper marketing team hold a centralised budget which they negotiate on how to spend with NAMs for top FMCG retailers, ensuring best ROI on spend, and post promo analysis. Responsible for POS such as FSDUs, shelf talkers/wobblers/gondular end display, trade marketing mags – anything to do with branding and helping to sell product to consumers through FMCG clients. Experts in the consumer journey and how they shop the store.
Must haves for the role:
Proven shopper marketing experience – working on projects end to end – concept, budgeted and executed in store and then the post campaign analysis
Must have worked in a cross functional team before. Good also if candidates have experience in working with centralised marketing HO (not critical)
