Well known British consumer brand is looking for a digitally savvy marketer. The culture of the business is highly collaborative and supportive whilst being commercially focussed. Understanding customers is the heart of everything they do and this is a key role within their marketing team.
The role:
Support the Senior Online Conversion Manager to plan and deliver strategic objectives and achieve conversion targets to improve onsite conversion rates across devices
Deliver weekly reports to highlight digital media channel performance and overall site performance against targets
Use a range of 3rd party tools (session data, heat maps, surveys etc) to deliver insights and recommendations to improving website performance and customer experience
Conduct A/B test plans, analyse results and suggest opportunities for improvement
Plan, scope and deliver digital creative/assets (via agency or internal resource)
Work collaboratively with a variety of internal departments (UX & Design, Digital Product, Operational teams etc) and external agencies
Share learning’s across the wider organisation and act as ambassador for customer centric, evidence-based testing
Skills & Experience:
Digital marketing and eCommerce experience
Comfortable using Google Analytics to answer business questions, generate reports and investigate site performance
Able to interpret and analyse reporting data to make good, data-driven decisions
Knowledge of website tracking and implementations
Ability to track and manage the delivery of multiple projects across multi-functional teams
An understanding of UX and CRO best practice and principles (desirable but not essential)
Ability to inspect HTML and tracking issues through the browser (desirable but not essential)
Ability to edit HTML and CCS (desirable but not essential)
