Senior CRM Manager

This creative, innovative and well-established consumer services brand is looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM expert who can take ownership for developing and delivering a Retention Marketing Strategy.
The company is currently going through a pivotal CRM transformation programme and they will be a core part of the team to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme.

You will be responsible for:
  • CRM marketing activity to drive engagement, retention and income
  • Managing creative partners
  • Maximise cross sell opportunities
  • Using customer insight and analytics
  • Manage and develop a team of three direct reports
About you, you will need:
  • Salesforce and CRM expertise, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Passion for CRM and driving retention
  • Commercial astuteness
  • Previous management experience and an accomplished leader to motivate wider teams
You will need to be available immediately and on no longer than one month’s notice.
