About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM expert who can take ownership for developing and delivering a Retention Marketing Strategy.
The company is currently going through a pivotal CRM transformation programme and they will be a core part of the team to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme.
You will be responsible for:
- CRM marketing activity to drive engagement, retention and income
- Managing creative partners
- Maximise cross sell opportunities
- Using customer insight and analytics
- Manage and develop a team of three direct reports
- Salesforce and CRM expertise, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Passion for CRM and driving retention
- Commercial astuteness
- Previous management experience and an accomplished leader to motivate wider teams
