This creative, innovative and well-established consumer services brand is looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager.
About the role This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM expert who can take ownership for developing and delivering a Retention Marketing Strategy. The company is currently going through a pivotal CRM transformation programme and they will be a core part of the team to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme.
You will be responsible for:
CRM marketing activity to drive engagement, retention and income
Managing creative partners
Maximise cross sell opportunities
Using customer insight and analytics
Manage and develop a team of three direct reports
About you, you will need:
Salesforce and CRM expertise, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Passion for CRM and driving retention
Previous management experience and an accomplished leader to motivate wider teams
You will need to be available immediately and on no longer than one month’s notice.
