Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager Salary circa £63,000 Based central London
You'll be responsible for:
Designing & developing Membership strategy & plans to deliver a compelling experience to high frequency guests to reward, retain and grow their lifetime value
Develop propositions and campaigns which accelerate growth, ensuring all activities are fully compliant with GDPR
Oversee the guest contact strategy and communication plans through email & other channels, to deliver commercial & brand objectives, whilst increasing relevancy and insight-led personalisation for guests
P&L ownership of membership propositions & CRM campaigns, including budget management, forecasting and KPI control
Managing and developing a team of 5
You should be / have:
Highly data driven and analytical. Significant hands on experience of working in CRM & Loyalty at a trusted service brand with branded membership propositions and complex data, campaign & decision management tools
Strong background in customer proposition & experience design, along with planning brand-led customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
Commercially sound, with a solid understanding of business & campaign performance/measurement
Strong leadership skills, ability to set high standards and lead by example
Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level and communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders
