A Senior Commercial Marketing Manager is required to join the team of on of the UK’s largest restaurant and hospitality companies. Acting as commercial lead on new projects across a portfolio of brands, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and delivering customer engagement plans
Identifying and executing plans to drive incremental sales through new channels
Local site marketing
Delivering B2C marketing across all marcomms channels
Menu architecture and optimisation
Managing/optimising product range/pricing
Overseeing the design and creation of customer communication touch-points
Translating guest, operational and financial insights into compelling customer facing plans
Developing strong stakeholder relationships
The successful candidates will be a high performing individual with excellent commercial acumen and who is able to demonstrate a prove track record of driving profitable sales in a multi-site environment, ideally within the retail, hospitality or leisure sector.
