Working with the Marketing Director and wider Business, you will be responsible for executing against the Product Strategy and approach. Customer insight - you will manage Qualitative and Quantitative inputs to educate decision making and brand and product strategy Manage the creation, development and launch of Products. Market insights and trends - to deliver new products. Be adept at analysing multiple sources to understand Market dynamics, product strategies, new product launches, Marketing executions and Competitor activity.
About you: Product management and performance experience - awareness of how products are performing and any gaps in the portfolio. Product, Price, Place, Promotion and how the Marketing strategy will be delivered across these Go to market plan - work with the full Marketing and Sales teams Project management - ability to make sure all stakeholders are kept on track Drive the strategy behind product development, planning and launches. Beer, Wine, Spirits, Product management experience essential. You have experience in running a successful New Product Development process. Experience of launching new, successful products to market. Experience in running/commissioning/interpreting Qualitative and Quantitative Research.
