This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven team leader who has experience working with brand ambassadors, putting together a calendar of marketing initiatives, events, partner programmes and campaigns for the Irish market.
Working for a fast paced drinks brand, a knowledge of FMCG/ drinks and the on and off-trade is a huge bonus, and knowledge of the Irish market and consumers is a deal breaker.
You will have experience across the following:
Maximise fans of the brand through the creation and activation of a local (Irish) marketing program
Recruit, train and run a diverse and on-brand team of individual ambassadors
Deliver a high energy quality brand experience through 12 month marketing activation plan
Actively generate trial of the product through sampling and experiential activation
Research, negotiate and activate grassroots events and marketing projects
Leverage marketing properties online, in media and in-trade
Manage local marketing calendar – strategy and roll out. Adapt campaigns from global and also develop creative and strategy from scratch for local Irish market
