Campaign Delivery and Optimisation Manager

This opportunity will be focused on delivering impactful, integrated multi-channel campaigns from creative brief through to execution. 

You are customer obsessed and driven with an excellent communication style that gains trust and confidence with people at all levels.  Your experience will have focused on translating marketing propositions into outstanding multi channel retail campaigns and you have proven experience in brand activation.

You should also be an expert in digital marketing gained in a marketing role, ideally online retail and be able to deliver commercial results and be able to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Translating business propositions into inspiring and engaging marketing campaigns and implementing across all channels including onsite, mweb app and email)
  • Managing internal stakeholder and agency relationships to meet briefing deadlines and brand guidelines adhered to
  • Analysing of real-time channel performance and post-campaign analysis
  • Working closely with the planning and propositions team to identify consumer trends to ensure relevant and targeted content  
  • Looking for ways to improve the performance of each channel
  • Presenting to internal partners to engage, influence and encourage
