This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing manager, ideally from a financial services background to join a small but fast growing recruitment agency. The purpose of the role is to maximise company revenue by developing and executing marketing campaigns which promote the brand.
You will be the go to person for all things marketing. A blank canvas for you to build and implement a marketing strategy from scratch to drive business objectives. Working closely with the individuals within the business to understand individual needs to create new business opportunities.
This role would suit someone with experience in both B2B and B2C and with experience of keen interest in financial services.
Gathering, analysing market trends and data to inform marketing strategy
Devising strategies and plans to align BD and marketing activities with business objectives
Lead and develop marketing campaigns and promote the brand and services through all relevant networks including social media
Creating and editing compelling and engaging content
Monitoring, managing and reporting on campaign performance.
You should have an excellent command of verbal and written language and strong project management skills. A self starter, ability to manage key stakeholders and have a proven track record of successful lead generation.
Knowledge of recruitment is an advantage but not essential...
