About the role: The role will report into the Head of Marketing and is responsible for producing a marketing strategy and plan for their business unit. A highly commercial and insights driven role with strong focus of CRM customer segmentation.
Responsibilities: Define relevant marketing strategies and plans to delivery against business objectives. Develop strong internal / external relationships. You'll be working on three main categories with multiple brands under each category. An exciting time to join and help drive the growth of these categories. About you:
Ideally from an FMCG background or used to working with multiple brands
Commercial, strategic, insights, customer focused, understanding of CRM – segmentation etc.
People management, strong stakeholder influencer / engagement
Autonomous, team player, excellent communication skills
