The Marketing Manager is responsible for maximising the impact of all marketing channels for the global business by coordinating the effective development and implementation of the marketing plan, building brand awareness and intelligent lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
You will work closely with the Product and Sales teams to develop traffic-driving lead generation and nurture campaigns through digital marketing, trade shows, PR, and bespoke marketing activities with our trade and distributor partners.
Develop and execute successful campaigns around new product launches
Work closely with product, merchandising, operations and sales teams and deliver the marketing strategy required both globally and locally.
Manage the existing junior marketing team, helping to develop their skills across the mix
A commercially minded individual and team player, you will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all departments.
Well-versed across the marketing mix and with experience in managing a developing team, you will be a digitally-savvy marketer with a curious, data-driven mind.
