You'll be responsible for:
Managing the new launch marketing activity, including experiential, events, CRM, design, media, digital, social media, PR
Identifying, understanding, building relationships with and record the local audience eg consumer, corporate, student, child, family, tourist, local, shopper etc. and report to head office
Understanding the local sales opportunities and marketing occasions.
Managing all communication including menus and POS
Ensuring one major monthly wow per month
Developing relationships with the shopping centre marketing team and within the management team at the venue so as to maximise all marketing opportunities
Ideally you will come from a multisite, hospitality background
