Join this specialist software solutions company based in Staines upon Thames.  They are looking for a Marketing Manager who will work closely with an outsourced marketing team but essentially own and drive revenue generation campaigns using marketing automation, data and ROI reporting. Working closely with the  events team, guiding and monitoring brand and working closely with the outsourced marketing team to support all activities in-line with marketing plans.  This role is highly varied and fast paced.  The chosen candidate will be part of a dynamic team in a very friendly culture.

  • Scheduling and ownership of delivery of automated and custom marketing campaigns using salesforce and Pardot marketing automation
  • Ownership of marketing related data for the purpose of campaigning and ROI reporting for management purposes
  • Event Support
  • Website Content Management
  • Lead/ Incoming lead support to telemarketing/inside sales
  • Corporate Communications Support
  • Brand Quality Assurance – monitoring and maintaining internal brand standards
  • Social Media development
  • Marketing Materials Management
  • Supplier management – sourcing and management of promotional materials
  • Content editing and updates – collateral
  • A good team player that works well with others and efficiently on their own
  • Has good time management skills and can work well to deadlines
  • Shows good project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can multi task & prioritise
  • Fast Learner and self starting

Experience & Track Record

  • Able to work under pressure with multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns leveraging web, automation tools, email, social media and campaign/ROI reporting tools (experience with Pardot or similar – hubspot, dotmailer, marketo etc)
  • Good telephone manner – able to present a quality standard when speaking to customers & prospects
  • Experience working in the software industry 
  • Experience supporting/running events
  • Has excellent skills in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Has excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Has used CRM Systems efficiently
  • Has used Email Marketing Software – Pardot if possible (or Hubspot, dotmailer, marketo)
  • If possible skills in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe)
  • Design skills (nice to have but not essential) – Can work within brand guidelines, image placement etc.
  • Familiarity with web CMS systems – drupal, wordpress or similar
  • Understanding of social media platforms – in particular LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
