About the role
You will be responsible for identifying the opportunities to improve the customer journey in restaurant, whilst also building an experience that enhances the enjoyment of our amazing food. You will lead projects, such as packaging structure and design innovation, and menu-board navigation and simplification. Thorough leadership of cross functional teams and management of world class agency partners you will catapult these restaurants into the future, bringing to life our distinctive brand world to every touchpoint within the restaurants.
You will have a remit to modernise the brand through the restaurant experience by leading high visibility projects to set the vision that delivers consumer needs. Working closely with the digital and technology team, the operations and delivery team and development and design team you will concept the future restaurant asset.
You will be a key strategic thought partner in developing the annual brand & marketing plan shaping the vision and initiatives to transform brand perception and growth. You are a key stakeholder in building the brand beyond the restaurant, influencing and engaging with the commercial and advertising marketing team.
Who we’re looking for
This position requires a real passion for genuine brand strategy with great strategic vision, strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset that allows the brand to disrupt category conventions. You are a big leader with stretch to grow in the business and a strong ability to collaborate and take people with you as you lead them towards your vision.
You’ve worked your way up the marketing ladder working in a FMCG, retail or food related industry working on big brand building and commercial initiatives and are looking to take that next step.
You have the ability to cut through the jargon and speak fluent “consumer” but with our brand and menu vision at the very heart of your ideas. Just as importantly you see yourself as a people grower and team player and love to get stuck in.
