Marketing Coordinator

An award winning firm within the professional services sector who provide advice to charities, not for profit organisations, entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups and fast growing/owner manged businesses seeks a Marketing Coordinator to provide support across a range of marketing and business development disciplines.

The Marketing team deliver a full range of marketing services to hit revenue targets and build excellent relationships and exceptional reputation. Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting marketing campaigns through business research
  • Preparing tender documents (inclusive of planning meetings and presentation document support)
  • Preparing and distributing weekly internal eNews communications
  • Intranet management and updates for the marketing and business development team page
  • Preparing and distributing eNews communications to clients and to internal audience
  • Responsible for the delivery of selected internal and external events, exhibitions and training programmes
  • Social media posts and monitoring of sector / service line newsfeeds
  • Press coverage posts via all marketing channels
  • Website updates, content rota of sector and service line webpages
  • Data cleanse management
  • Marketing Administrator cover
About you: 
  • You will have experience of marketing or events coordination – ideally within a professional services organisation
  • Highly organised and used to juggling workloads
  • Ambition to study for a marketing qualification
  • Professional, articulate and able to communicate with all levels externally and internally
  • Proven writing skills – in brochure copy/web content/advertising/direct mail
  • Flexible on working hours in order to support the firm’s events (The Firm operates a TOIL/Overtime policy)
