Marketing Controller- White Space Innovation TO £85K
A key role for this FMCG client, you will identify, develop and deliver the long range innovation programme, specifically around creating brand and/or technology led innovation initiatives sitting outside of the existing core categories and capabilities.
Reporting to the R&D Director you will lead a multifunctional team, and be accountable for discovering, developing and unlocking insights to turn compelling ideas into reality resulting in significant value growth in existing and new markets.
Key remit: New thinking and insights to unlock new markets and revenues over a 2-5 plan Deliver brand new options to drive value and growth Understand consumer and customer behaviour, tracking and staying ahead of market trends and R&D activity and unlocking usable insights to drive value Identify new testing and rapid ways of developing and proving propositions
Senior FMCG leader - experience managing a team and engaging with external partners and internal stakeholders teams
Experience in Insights, Innovation and specifically White space innovation within an FMCG environment
Proven success in bringing new concepts to life
Conceptual creative thinker with a track record of creating great ideas that have driven real value
Ability to translate high-potential emerging consumer needs into growth projects
Familiar with working within an innovation operating framework including test and learn
