The Role: Working within the Sales Team, your responsibilities will include: DRIVING NEW BUSINESS · Proactively engaging with new accounts – high street and online retailers focusing on the development of new accounts with specific focus on driving new business. This will entail approaching the relevant contacts, securing meetings, showcasing our product offering, and O/L product development capabilities. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT · Managing a selection of accounts, ensuring strategic and sustainable growth through data analysis, planning, store visits and sector knowledge in order to recommend sound commercial opportunities
This role will be ideal for those with: · A proven track record of effective account management · Evidence of approaching new retailers and successfully successfully opening new accounts (including: increasing business turnover, gaining new listings, delivering sustainable business growth) · Advanced knowledge of multiple retail sectors including discount, high street and online sectors · Personal credibility and the ability to gain confidence and trust of others · Excellent organisation and communication skills, a passion for growing sales
