A well known, city-based accountancy firm seeks an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join their friendly, collaborative Marketing and Communications team.
Reporting into the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a firmwide internal communications strategy and overseeing employer brand communications. Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the performance of the recruitment portal and intranet to maximise staff engagement and best practice
- Implementing appropriate metrics and analysing the effectiveness of activities
- Developing employer brand marketing plan and carrying out external employer brand communications
- Taking full ownership of projects and campaigns, liaising with relevant stakeholders and managing staff relationships at different levels
The successful candidate will have a mix of marketing, internal and external communications and digital skills, and be driven by meeting business objectives and expectations of senior staff.
