Are you a highly experience Communications Professional with experience in engineering, facilities or property management industries? Have you managed full group functions across marketing and communications? Then please get in touch!

About you
You will have a background in communications and will have managed the full marcomms spectrum. You will have line management experience and will be a solid B2B marcomms professional.

Ideally you will have experience in the following:

About the role
This role will be managing a team of seven and have a budget responsibility of £750k-1m. You will be target C level professionals with your communications and content and you will be driving business growth through marketing and comms rather than business development. Other duties include:


  • Devise and implement external and internal communication strategies to promote the Company
  • Draft high quality communications and provide overall editorial control for Company communications
  • Advise the Board on methods to enhance communication and build positive relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Proactively manage media relations and media coverage to strengthen the reputation of the Company
  • Review brand development and create clear brand messages and unique selling propositions
  • Commission regular market research, including competitor analysis, to identify competitor tactics, market trends and new opportunities and challenges
