Calling all sports mad insight specialists! A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be involved with developing insight to inform, inspire and enable evidence-based decision making for a dynamic and world-renowned association within the sporting arena.
Your role will involve working with internal and external teams to develop consumer insights to better target consumer groups, and past experience will include working with and managing agencies and using online survey an analytics software.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading on and managing the analysis and generation of research regarding future trends
Working with key stakeholders to understand research needs and create briefs
Supporting on the design, build, maintenance and delivery of the research and insight schedule
Managing the development and delivery of the in house research capability, mentoring team members and establishing best practice principles
Challenging existing methods or suggesting new ways to tackle issues across the board
As well as experience of working on research projects – ideally related to hospitality and high-net worth audiences, you will need strong adhoc and continuous insight experience from an agency or client side environment, preferably within the sporting and event industry.
