Our client is a leading alcohol business with a number of well-known and well-loved brands in their portfolio.
We are looking for a seasoned insights specialist, ideally with a mix of agency and client side experience within FMCG.
Efficient in Nielsen, Kantar and continuous data, you will be instrumental in providing the business and its customers consumer, shopper and customer insights. You will be responsible for creating, managing and delivering the insight plan to ensure a top category leadership position.
You will be the go to person for insight on global and local macro trends, category risks and opportunities for growth.
Key skills and experience needed:
Insight and Analysis – ability to create compelling category stories
Understands research methodologies and ability to apply these successfully to solve business challenges or unlock opportunities
Deep understanding of customers’ needs
Influencing and negotiating- ability to persuade in both written and verbal forms to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business
Commercially savvy- accountability for business actions on revenue and profit
