You will act as an an ambassador for the Strategy & Insight and Innovation functions, engaging the business on initiatives that support the delivery of the innovation agenda.
International market experience
Proposition development a non-negotiable strength: clarity of thought, creative thinker, from insight to execution
Variety of demonstrable experience: blue chip & entrepreneurial environments, working across categories
Consumer and market research utilization and commissioning experience - a deep understanding of best practice research tools, techniques and methodologies – continuous and ad hoc, qualitative and quantitative.
Fluent English – essential, with additional languages an advantage
Proven problem definition and problem solving skills coupled with structured thinking and strong analytical abilities.
Have a track of developing new ideas, innovative products and designs
Sets own goals and consistently delivers against project targets
Above all, you will have proven experience leading change through creating ideas from powerful human insights, have insatiable curiosity, a passion and energy for life!
