About the role The Head of Marketing is brand new role for the company, you will be responsible for creating and implementation of the marketing plan – specific to hotel country. This role will be working with a variety stakeholders internationally and local, key stakeholders include; agencies, senior management and hotel operational staff. This is a great opportunity to adapt and implement marketing strategies for multiple countries. Your duties would include:
Starting point for all things marketing, getting job done, moving at a pace will be key job requirement
In partnership with CEO and Chairman, develop marketing strategy and turn this into an actionable plan and ensure it is delivered on time and to budget
Work alongside local teams and GM to bespoke a marketing plan for each property and delivers the core brand experience
Drive footfall to our restaurants from our neighbours through a specific set of campaigns
Manage agency relationships principally PR, Brand and Digital
Keep a close eye on local execution and ensure it is on brand and on message (in all languages)
Work with the revenue team to construct promotional calendar appropriate to their requirements and brand position
Maintain a listing register that ensures all our digital territories are in tip top brand condition in partnership with the revenue team
About you
Background in hospitality is essential, you will ideally have experience opening up multiple sites and adapt marketing strategy accordingly
Experience working within a hotel group or individual site where you understand the day to day operations, especially F&B
Strong digital marketing skills, hands on experience working on multiple channels and campaigns
Positive and can-do attitude, also the ability to maintain great relationships with international stakeholders
You will have the perfect balance of creative and analytical skills, you won’t be afraid of creating brand experiences or analysis data
