With ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a Head of Marketing to join the business and help accelerate growth through demand generation.
- Managing a team of three
- Oversee and manage all the Marketing for the business including branding, website, effective PR, award entries, social media and collateral
- Deliver a digital strategy that grows our brand across all online channels, builds trust with our target audiences, and drives them to interact with us.
- Drive business growth by unlocking opportunities in existing data, helping create new service lines and building digital communities.
- You will be analytical, numbers driven and have a growth mindset to spot and commercialise new business opportunities.
- You'll know how to work proactively with sales teams to leverage marketing in a way that drives business growth.
- You will come from a B2B and B2C marketing background across both digital and offline - but predominantly with a Demand Generation/ Business Growth focus.
- You'll drive a values-led approach when it comes managing a team to a sustainable and high level of performance.
