Looking for an innovative and driven Head of Marketing or an ambitious Senior Marketing Manager, ready for a step up, to join an award-winning sustainable fashion business and make them a household name.
Working closely with the leadership team, on both the wholesale and e-commerce side, your key responsibilities with include:
Developing the annual plan and budget and ensuring all aspects of marketing align with the ethos and goals of the brand
Ensuring a consistent brand experience and being the brand guardian at all times
Coordinating the delivery plan across all platforms including ecommerce, email digital and wholesale
Creating and leading acquisition and CRM strategy
Working across brochures, mail order, digital and branded communications
Developing the customer journey to get buy-in from the relevant people in relation to how this will impact CRM, Digital and social media campaigns
Internal and external stakeholder and agency management
Mobilising and motivating the team effectively, as well as ‘doing the do’ yourself
