A Head of Marketing is required to join the team of one of the world’s leading skills development providers.  You will be crafting, leading and delivering on the global marketing strategy and have oversight of all aspects of both internal and external marketing and brand messaging.  Responsibilities will include:
  • Developing marketing targets focused on lead generation, new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement
  • Planning and budgeting across all marketing channels, including the website and social media
  • Ensuring positive brand image for both internal and external communications
  • Reporting on analytics and measuring impact and success
  • Studying industry trends and customer behaviour
  • Creating a CRM and data strategy to enable better segmentation
  • Managing, developing and inspiring a successful, motivated team
Providing consistent activity to new and existing customers, the successful candidate will be a people person who loves to inspire and enthuse.  Experience of using various online technologies including CRM/databases, CMS, email marketing software and social media would be a plus.
