Group Events Manager

With a passion for special event management, you are personable, enthusiastic and the consummate professional, who enjoys building relationships with internal and external partners and suppliers.

In this role you will oversee the events calendar including coordinating internal events and promotions as well as working with partners to deliver best in class events and experiences.

You will have extensive experience working with brand partnerships or sponsorship with proven success of maximising brand exposure and building brand awareness.

Key remit:

End to end event management

Negotiation and management of event space/ facilities
Development and management of Hospitality agenda (including catering)
Source and secure entertainment (including AV)
Develop and manage guest experience program (including invitations, flights, accommodation, gift bags)
Ensure best in class brand representation (including signage, collateral, themes and décor)

Conduct research, make site visits and source suppliers
Manger relationships with contractors and suppliers
Develop and implement comms to support event promotion- including paid social and google paid returns
Manage event budgets
