Our client is a well-known and well-loved retailer – with strong British origins but now present in over 30 markets internationally.
This role will help drive the CRM strategy and adopt a different approach and strategy depending on the lifecycle stage of each market. You will be responsible for ensuring that markets use International CRM strategy effectively into local roll out plans to drive footfall, new customer sign up and grow average customer value.
Embedding CRM principles and facilitating best practice sharing amongst markets, ensuring that this information is shared with the overall CRM team
Guiding and approving CRM marketing and lifecycle campaigns in markets
Maintaining the toolkit in line with current developments globally, ensuring it is aligned with the business needs and with the overall global CRM strategy
Operating as a link between EMEA zone team and the global CRM team effectively communicate best practice
You will need: A CRM or loyalty background International experience or at least awareness (not just a UK focus) A background in or a passion for retail A real ambition to want to work for a values driven organisation
