This is a newly created role for a Luxury brand with a British heritage and global presence. The purpose of the role is to maximise the customer experience, creating a best in class customer journey to ultimately attract, covert and retain customers. You will use a suite of online tools to drive sales, including email marketing, Paid Searches, Website optimisation and SEO.
Ideally you will have worked with a premium brand and have an affinity with luxury/ lifestyle brands.
Key responsibilities: Define and Deliver E-Commerce and E-Comms strategy Achieve website and social media sales and engagement KPIs Develop CRM Strategy to build engagement and loyalty Plan and optimise budget across SEO, PPC and affiliate channels Display and Google analytics to drive acquisition Website development including technical frame, hosting, interfaces and basic HTTML coding
