About the role:
Support Marketing Director on strategic development of overall brand and campaigns
B2C marketing goals, strategies and tactics that deliver against the UK business objectives for consumer sales
Define approach to eCommerce, acquisition and retention to achieve KPIs and targets across all marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Email).
Work with agency to optimise PPC, SEO and Paid Social using data-driven insight to drive ROI on CPA and conversion.
Own the end to end CRM process for emails. In particular use the CRM system for segmentation, creating and delivering emails leading to an increase in customer base and online bookings
Introduce a robust ‘Test & Learn’ CRM plan
Use data to define the most effective segmentation model and progress current and future strategies to drive increased retention rates and LTV.
Identify new consumer revenue streams and develop new consumer product pipeline ideally with international roll-out potential – seeing them from concept through the stages of feasibility, development and launch
