About Our Client
Our client is a large food and drink company, they have multiple brands under their portfolio, they sell a variety of products. They operate all across the UK, with over 100,000 retail partners. They are now looking for a Digital Executive to join their London HQ.
About the Role
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work within food and drink, and what’s to build their digital capabilities with a range of activities. Ultimately, this role supports the digital marketing manager with all communications to their customers and stakeholders through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Use CRM system to send out regular communications via email and SMS, and maintain and segment mailing lists
- Analysis of digital activities, reporting on trends and effectiveness of communications
- Use google analytics to keep track of where their customers are coming from, and what channels
- Develop and adapt content for digital channels, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the digital marketing manager on any ad hoc projects
- Background in digital marketing or communications, within retail/ food/ drink sectors
- Excellent organisational skills - ability to manage workload in a high pressured, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining high quality
- Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable approach to working
- Experience of working as part of a team, including working in collaboration with stakeholders
- IT literate, across a multiple of devices and software platforms - Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Analytics and any CRM system
