About the role: 

You will be a part of the growing Analytics team, primarily developing and enhancing our reporting capabilities and will be critical to supporting a fast-growing digital business.

You'll be tasked with a whole array of different projects that steers fundamental improvements to the digital estates (Web, App, Connected Devices and Social), while reporting directly into the Head of Analytics.
They're looking for someone to take ownership of the data and support a data driven culture where actionable insights inform the decision making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement reporting and automated insights to support key business objectives
  • Ensure that reporting solutions are updated and valuable insights are continuously delivered in the future
  • Work closely with the technical teams to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
  • Analyse user journeys/ interactions and create prioritised recommendations to improve the user experience
About you:
  • You'll have excellent data visualisation skills and techniques, with experience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlikview
  • Hands-on experience using digital analytics solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Firebase is desirable
  • Fluent in Microsoft technologies and competencies
  • Experience with SQL and other database technologies is preferred
  • Ability to identify problems where they exist and work to overcome them
