A fantastic company within the retail sector are currently looking for an experienced Customer Insight Analyst to join their growing Digital team.


  • Contribute to the development of a digital customer-level analytics framework
  • Execute and manage deeper-dive analytics in line with agreed time frames and deadlines
  • Develop and manage methods of analysing customer data, including measurement strategies
  • Presenting data and findings from costumer analytics to functional leadership and stakeholders
  • Work with analytical leads across the global markets
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders


  • Previous experience with rational databases and large datasets
  • Ideally experience of using Dashboard
  • Experience within agile testing and workstreams
  • Demonstrated experience of being able to communicate and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Firm understanding of digital landscapes within retail, hospitality, or leisure
  • Has natural curiosity, and is able to build good relationships
