We're currently working with an international investment bank who are looking for a CRM Lead & Data Analyst.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business and work with international markets across Europe / US / India.
The investment bank provide independent, objective advice to clients pursuing M&A, financing, debt advisory and restructuring transactions
They are about to begin a transition from Salesforce to DealCloud and are looking for someone who can help to facilitate and streamline this process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as key liaison with IT technical resources for system support
- Analyse and review business, functional and technical requirements and translate into actions
- Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
- Suggesting initiatives to further help and improve the system
- Quality control and defect resolution
- First line stakeholder support, liaising directly with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues
- Ongoing system administration
- Contribute to programme management of CRM migration and integration
- Ensuring all company, contacts, and directory data is cleansed
- Working with the data cleansing software to pull reports and analysis for stakeholders
- Continuous maintenance to ensure data is consistently up to date
Experience:
- Development experience with both Salesforce and DealCloud
- Previous experience in a financial services/professional services environment
- Knowledge / understanding of CRM systems in general
- Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities
- Ability to take ownership of a project and lead end-to-end delivery
- Strong experience of internal and external stakeholder management
- Demonstrable analytical/research capabilities
- Excellent Excel skills
