Our client, a well-established digital finance and integrated payments provider seeks a Conversion Rate Optimisation Executive to join their fun and dynamic team.

You will have full ownership of the testing programme for your dedicated BUs, and the core purpose of this role is to enable clients and customers to connect seamlessly through their online cash solutions and payment processing offering. Responsibilities will include:

Executing CRO roadmap activities to improve global conversion rate across marketing channels
End-to-end AB/MVT test delivery
Analysing user behaviour and user experience
Reporting of activity performance and providing actionable insights
Conducting regular competitor analysis

The successful candidate will be a CRO all-rounder with hands on experience of building, running and analysing tests – NOT an agency manager who has overseen the delivery of this, and ideally have an understanding of using some (or all!) of the below tools:
