We are looking for an organised individual with strong communication skills to manage the in-life community of partners. The Community Marketing Manager will own the success of the community, developing collaboration, ensuring seamless onboarding, and optimising partner satisfaction.

The Community Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager for the onboarding of partners, creating a process for onboarding the partner which will include creating profiles on the marketplace/portal, press releases etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the success of the community with metrics around collaboration, onboarding numbers and satisfaction
  • Own the successful development of the partner portal
  • Manage communications to the community (partner webinars, emails, portal)
  • Manage the creation of relevant onboarding materials with agency
  • Manage sharing of critical assets through the portal
  • Manage an event schedule and execute events with support from the wider marketing team
  • Manage the administration of marketing development funds to support partner campaign activity (with close alignment with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager)

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Some experience running a community or programme-based marketing role
  • Ability to work autonomously (previous experience in a standalone role)
  • Self-starter, ambitious for success and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Agency management experience
  • Accustomed to working in cross-functional teams with collaborative working style
  • Ideally an understanding of mobile satellite, IoT, cellular, software or tech industry
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Experience of working in a wholesale environment with channel partners
