Category Manager Salary circa £55,000 Based London
This exciting global brand is looking for a category food manager to develop the food category strategy, set objectives, develop product guidelines and brand standards and positioning.
Ensuring brand consistency and grow sales and margins of the EMEA retail business through the development of effective strategic plans and brand guidelines for the food category within the EMEA region.
Evaluating, prioritising and leading decisions regarding new products and marketing opportunities based on consumer understanding, financial viability and brand fit.
Working with the Category Planning Manager to ensure relevant food developments and regulatory needs are included in regional plans.
Building Signature food Platform innovations that can impact growth across all EMEA markets.
Working with visual merchandising and marketing partners and cross functional teams to continuously improve the impactful display of food products
Continuously monitor market and consumer trends and insight, and acts on these insights to create products to keep ahead of the competition
You should have:
Experience of leading product development projects from inspiration to completion in a branded business
Proven experience of developing a food or beverage offering which meets consumer needs and matches brand values
