A fantastic opportunity to work with a pioneering company within the healthcare sector, in a mixed marketing role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the OTC healthcare/personal care sector, as well as a B2B and B2C background.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement activation plans for each brand. - Be responsible and accountable for each allocated brand P & L. - Maximise marketing opportunities for the brands with an omnichannel approach - Manage brand budgets and produce monthly summaries. - Complete market analysis and gather market competitive information. - Be a brand ambassador, internally, externally and with all stakeholders. - Work with the Head of Marketing and Head of Innovation, to identify new product innovation ideas. Requirements: - Significant OTC Marketing/Brand Manager experience - Proven consumer brand building skills. - Ability to demonstrable product launch capability within UK consumer health/care markets or pharmacy retail. - Experience of reporting, tracking, and analysing market/consumer data. - A thorough understanding of profit and loss accounts, as well as experience product costing. -Ideally has the PAGB code of practice
