This role reports into a Marketing Manager, managing the existing portfolio of brands which have a good presence across UK retailers  including Grocers, high street and P&C.
The key objective of this role is to contribute to market share, and competitively positioning the brands. You will develop brand strategies and implement ideas and projects.

You'll be providing insights to define the key role in defining the brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin and marketing contribution as well as volumes and sales value budget.  Participating in preparing key strategic plans defining volumes, P&L, activity plan.
  • Experienced Brand Manager within FMCG
  • Able to review, interpret and make recommendations from commercial data (BI, Nielsen, Kantar, IPSOS, Blueplanner) and has demonstrated P&L accountability
  • Experience of project management
  • Strong presenter able to influence key internal stakeholders including Sales
  • Strong self starter, with initiative and resilience
  • Team player
  • Multi-tasker, with ability to act calmly under pressure
  • Manage creative agencies
  • New product development (NPD) strategy development
  • Driving innovation through new product and strategy development
  • Develop advertising strategy and utilise A&P budgets effectively
  • Get involved in the development of promo strategy
  • Make sure outputs of brand plans are effective
