This is a fun and fast paced full mix role, that would suit an existing Brand manager from either  FMCG or retail background.

You will support the Marketing Manager in planning and delivering the 12-36 month strategic plan for the category, using consumer insights to grow both transactions and long term brand health.

  • Develop and manage tactical marketing promotions
  • Manage and deliver successful marketing programmes from research brief to completion
  • Manage and be responsible for the implementation of  BTL and ATL marketing initiates   
  • Develop clear and inspiring marketing briefs for external agencies to activate promotions and campaigns- advertising Digital, Media, BTL
  • Evaluate, analyse and report on campaign success
  • Identify gaps in core demographic understanding manage internal and external research teams to develop consumer insights   
  • Develop media strategies and plans against agreed programmes
  • Budget ownership
  
You will have:
  • Big media budget experience
  • BTL and ATL experience
  • Experience briefing and managing agencies
  • Comfortable using data and insight to inform the marketing strategy
  • Ideally experience  in a local market role
  • Ideally experience in FMCG/ QSR/ restaurant/ retail
