Brand Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and managing a campaign manager you will be responsible for planning and delivery the strategic marketing plan for the category.

Key remit:
  • Plan and implement 12 month strategic category plan - based on consumer insight
  • Develop and manage tactical marketing promotions
  • Manage, and be responsible for, the implementation of all BTL and ATL activity
  • Big budget management (multi million pound) and financial accountability 
  • Brief and manage agencies- advertising Digital, Media, BTL
  • Manage internal and external research teams to develop consumer insights  
You will have:
  • Experience managing a direct report/ team
  • Strategic experience- using insights to inform marketing strategy- NPD opportunities and comms
  • Big media budget experience
  • BTL and ATL (TV, radio, press, outdoor, online)  
  • Experience briefing and managing agencies
  • Comfortable using data and insight to inform the marketing strategy
  • Ideally experience  in a local market role
  • Ideally experience in FMCG/ QSR/ restaurant/ retail
