Reporting to the Marketing Manager and managing a campaign manager you will be responsible for planning and delivery the strategic marketing plan for the category.
Key remit:
- Plan and implement 12 month strategic category plan - based on consumer insight
- Develop and manage tactical marketing promotions
- Manage, and be responsible for, the implementation of all BTL and ATL activity
- Big budget management (multi million pound) and financial accountability
- Brief and manage agencies- advertising Digital, Media, BTL
- Manage internal and external research teams to develop consumer insights
You will have:
- Experience managing a direct report/ team
- Strategic experience- using insights to inform marketing strategy- NPD opportunities and comms
- Big media budget experience
- BTL and ATL (TV, radio, press, outdoor, online)
- Experience briefing and managing agencies
- Comfortable using data and insight to inform the marketing strategy
- Ideally experience in a local market role
- Ideally experience in FMCG/ QSR/ restaurant/ retail
