- Be responsible for developing packaging.
- Work alongside and in collaboration with the technical team, new product development team and external suppliers/agencies.
- Work with the commercial team to develop and execute trade marketing plans and sales supports.
- Coordinate, develop, and manage product launches, events, and samplings.
- Oversee and contribute to production of content for the website, social media, and monthly newsletters.
- Work alongside the marketing director to support with brand strategy initiatives.
- Be responsible for tracking and managing the marketing budget.
- Be a line manager for the marketing executive
- Experience within product and packaging development and delivery.
- Knowledge of digital marketing including management of websites and social media channels.
- Understanding of trade marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and good presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for good food.
