About the role:
Fantastic newly created role for a leading Charity, whose aim is to build a fairer more inclusive society. This is a new role to ramp up marketing strategy and activation to build awareness of this Charity's brand and missions both in the UK and internationally.
Key remit:
Create a detailed plan to build brand awareness and consideration
Assist in developing and implementing the brand strategy
Help to develop a brand vision, strategy and turn this into an action plan
Develop the comms plan UK and internationally
Use insights to shape investment opportunities, comms plans and NPD
Set and manage budgets - allocate across relevant comms
About you:
A full mix marketer who has experience managing brands and campaigns from start to finish
Able to use FMCG/ consumer marketing grounding to apply to a charity/ NFP setting
A strategic thinker who can assist with longer term brand planning as well as tactical campaign delivery
Strong analytical understanding and successful use of data to inform marketing plans, comms split and innovation opportunities
Ideally you will have worked in a global role where you have had full brand ownership, developing comms from scratch
Enjoys creative campaign development
Strong digital experience (working hand in hand with the in-house digital team)
Wants to make a difference to people's lives
