Brand and Comms Manager - Real Estate
Based In Soho
Fabulous opportunity for passionate and driven brand and comms specialist with experience in property / real estate or other relevant sectors.
Working for a leading property consultancy - matching tenants and landlords to property.
New role due to business growth and the need to expand marketing agenda.
The role is focussed on driving brand awareness, consideration engagement and loyalty:
Commercial acumen- ensure brand plans deliver on ROI
Looking for strong experience in brand strategy, marketing, digital and comms
Social media is very important in role- Social strategy and calendar planning plus content creation and delivery - key are Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
Website- content and management
Market and customer research - e.g 1-1 interviews, market surveys, discovery workshops etc
Designing and producing internal comms/ document templates - on brand and effective
Develop and implementing partner marketing and related comms - e.g. charity events, client events
Producing reports on Google analytics and insights from social media
Email marketing- e.g mail chimp or pardot
Website CMS platforms - preferably Wordpress
