Our client is a Cosmetics Giant - with globally famous brands and a good presence on the high street.  They are looking for a marketing executive or ABM to join their UK team based in Central London to work on their eye category. 

Ideally you will have worked for a cosmetics or beauty brand before or within a luxury FMCG category.  You will have knowledge of working with retailers like Boots and Superdrug in the UK.

Working closely with the global team you will develop and deliver comms campaigns for new product launches that are tailored specifically for the UK&I Market.  You will work with leading media and PR agencies to delivery impactful campaigns.
Reporting into a Senior Brand Manager and with direct exposure to the Marketing Director and Senior Leadership team this is a great opportunity to work on a household name whilst getting really good 360 degree marketing experience.  

NPD roll out   
  • Leading launches from forecast through to activation in store. 10-12 launches per year.  
  • Understanding a stage gate process and steps to launch innovation into a market
  • Building a forecast in collaboration with sales and demand teams.
  • Post launch evaluation. 
Brand Communications  
  • Developing media brief/campaigns and briefing into agency partners
  • Execution of annual brand plans
  • Working closely with PR agencies. 
  • Delivering best in class digital strategy, in collaboration with in house digital teams. 
  • Assist in developing promotional strategies
  • Develop and execution programs like 'Gift with Purchase
  • Work closely with merchandising teams on artwork and POS
  • Disseminating data
  • Pulling reports for internal teams
  • Adding new SKUs’ deleting discontinued
  • Monitoring competitor products to market
Budget Management
About You
  • You love the beauty and skincare industry and will have knowledge and experience of skincare/ beauty and the current trend
  • Brilliant project management skills and understanding of stage gate process - you will have examples of NPD launches you have led out 
  • Experience of annual brand planning 
  • Experience of working with PR agencies
  • Experience of activating digital campaigns and/or with influencers
  • Good attention to detail 
  • Great presentation skills - used to presenting to a senior leadership team
  • Ideally you will have some experience of working with an global or regional team
  • You can roll up your sleeves and get stuck in - taking ownership for delivery of projects and whatever it takes to get the job done
